How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship within 3 to 7 business days. Every PC is hand built and stress tested before shipping. Free UK delivery is included on all builds.
What warranty do I get?
1 year warranty is included as standard, covering all parts and labour. Extended warranty options (2 year and 3 year) are available as upgrades.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes. All Destello PCs use standard components so you can upgrade RAM, storage, GPU, and more in the future. We also offer upgrade services if you'd prefer us to do it for you.
Is this PC pre-built or built to order?
Every Destello PC is built to order in the UK. We hand-assemble each system, install Windows, run stress tests, and quality check everything before shipping.

Unbeatable value and truly plug and play

After not using a PC for 9 years and being a console player, I did not want to spend a fortune. I just wanted something to get me started again. Alex offered the best build for my low budget and it has been unbeatable for the price. The Luz runs every game I have tried without issue and was completely plug and play. I was so happy I asked for a second build for my friend which was just as good. The advice on upgrades and the after sale support have been excellent. I would highly recommend Destello Tech to anyone looking for a custom build on a tight budget.

Service better than the high street

Excellent service. We had a problem with the SSD and Alex came round the same day, swapped it out, reinstalled Windows, and got everything working again. Our son is really happy with the PC and we are just as happy with the level of service received. If you are looking for a well priced custom build with service better than what you get on the high street, the Luz is a great choice.

Perfect starter gaming PC with outstanding support

We were looking for an affordable starter gaming PC for my son and Alex delivered exactly what we needed at the right price. The advice and service we received were excellent. There were a few minor teething problems in the first few days after pickup, but despite the distance Alex came over personally, replaced the faulty part, and even helped with a laptop free of charge. It has now been over a month and everything is running perfectly. The Luz has been a fantastic first PC.
