At Destello, we stand behind every system we sell, giving you peace of mind whether you choose a Custom-Built or Refurbished PC.

🔧 Destello Customs (Custom-Built Systems)

Our Custom PCs are built with premium components and expert care.

Included Warranty:

  • 1-Year hardware warranty covering defects and failures under normal use

  • Remote support for software assistance (Windows reinstall, driver updates, BIOS)

Optional Upgrades:

  • 3-Year Extended Warranty (+£75): Extends hardware and labor coverage to 3 years

  • 3-Year Overshield Warranty (+£150): Includes Extended Warranty plus:

    • Protection against accidental damage (drops, spills) — up to 2 claims

    • Free shipping both ways for repairs

    • Loaner PC while yours is being repaired (subject to availability)

    • Annual PC health checks and upgrade advice

♻️ Destello Refurbs (Refurbished Systems)

Our Refurbs are professionally restored systems that offer excellent value.

Included Warranty:

  • 3-Month hardware warranty covering critical components (CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, PSU, motherboard)

  • Cosmetic wear and battery wear (on laptops) not covered

  • Software support limited to initial setup

Optional Upgrade:

  • 1-Year Warranty Extension (+£30): Extends hardware warranty to a full year (same coverage as base warranty)

📑 Important Information

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser with proof of purchase

  • Accidental damage cover is available only with the Overshield Warranty on Custom PCs

  • Warranty claims require diagnosis and verification of the issue

  • Return shipping for repairs is covered only under the Overshield Warranty; otherwise, customers are responsible for return postage

  • Loaner PCs are provided only with Overshield Warranty and are subject to availability
