Shipping & Delivery
Every Destello PC is built to order in Harlow, Essex. Here is exactly what happens and when.
Build and dispatch times
- Gaming PCs and custom builds: built, stress tested and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order.
- Components, upgrades and accessories: dispatched within 1 to 2 working days.
- Pre-order and special order items show their expected date on the product page.
If anything is going to take longer than quoted, we contact you before your build starts. You will never be left guessing.
Delivery
- Free tracked and insured delivery on every gaming PC, anywhere in mainland UK.
- Sent by DPD or DHL on a next working day service once dispatched.
- You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
- Deliveries need a signature. DPD and DHL let you choose a safe place or reschedule from the tracking link.
How we pack a PC
Every system is double boxed with internal foam supporting the graphics card and cooler, so nothing moves in transit. Each build is photographed before it is packed, so you can see exactly what shipped.
Where we deliver
We currently sell and deliver to the United Kingdom. Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other offshore postcodes may take an extra working day. If you are outside the UK and want one of our AI or workstation GPUs, email support@destellotech.com and we will quote you directly.
Damaged or missing parcels
Every shipment is insured. If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the box and contents and we will resolve it at our cost. If tracking stalls, message us and we will chase the courier for you.
