Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped to you with a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on all orders, except for eligible expedited shipping options. Expedited shipping will be available at checkout, with rates based on your location and selected speed.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimates.

Expedited Shipping Options

• Priority Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days for faster processing.

For shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, please visit our US website.
For shipping to Europe and the rest of the world, please visit our EU website.

Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to a high volume of orders.

We only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Due to battery regulations, BIOS batteries for motherboards will be shipped separately.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@destellotech.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can assist you further.
