Destello Tech was founded by Alex Overend in Harlow, Essex with a simple idea: custom gaming PCs should be affordable, personal, and built properly. Every system that leaves us is hand-assembled, cable-managed, stress-tested, and shipped with a full warranty.

What started as a side project building PCs for friends and family quickly grew into something bigger. Alex saw that the UK gaming PC market was split between overpriced boutique builders and cheap prebuilts packed with corners cut on the parts that matter most — the power supply, the motherboard, the cooling. Destello Tech exists to fill that gap: genuinely well-built systems at honest prices, with no hidden compromises.

How we build

Every Destello system goes through the same careful process, whether it is a £499 Luz or a £1,800 Tormenta. We start by selecting components that work well together — not just on paper, but in practice. We avoid parts with known reliability issues, and we never cheap out on the components you cannot see, like the power supply or thermal paste.

Assembly is done by hand with proper cable management, clean routing, and attention to airflow. Once the build is complete, we run a full stress-testing suite: CPU and GPU load tests, memory stability checks, and thermal monitoring. We do not ship a PC until we are confident it will run reliably under sustained load. Every build is photographed before shipping so you can see exactly what is inside your system.

Our builds

We offer three core ranges to suit every budget:

  • The Luz — entry-level gaming PCs starting from around £500. Perfect for Fortnite, Valorant, and everyday gaming at 1080p.
  • The Rayo — mid-range builds starting from around £700 with an RTX 3070. Solid 1440p gaming across most titles.
  • The Tormenta — our flagship high-end builds from £1,800+. Built for 4K gaming, content creation, and future-proofing.

Every build can be customised. If you want a different GPU, more storage, or a specific case colour, just ask. We will put together a spec and a quote, no pressure.

The parts we trust

We are selective about the brands and components we use. Our builds feature parts from manufacturers with strong track records: ASUS, MSI, and Gigabyte motherboards, Corsair and Kingston memory, Samsung and Western Digital storage, and Seasonic and Corsair power supplies. We also work directly with Maxsun as a trade partner for select motherboard lines, which lets us offer better value on certain configurations.
