Thank you for your purchase! We hope you're satisfied with your order. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The return process is simple and can be initiated by clicking here.

Return Period

We offer a 7-day return period during which you may return your items without providing a reason. This 7-day period begins from the moment you receive your package. Please ensure that the return shipment is sent back to us within these 7 days.

Return Conditions

For PCs and Prebuilt Systems
  • All returned PCs and prebuilt systems must be in original, unmodified condition with all parts and accessories included.
  • No signs of damage, wear, or use will be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For Components (e.g., GPUs, Motherboards, RAM)
  • All components must be returned in unused, unopened condition. If the seal has been broken or packaging tampered with, we are unable to accept the return.
  • Components must be suitable for resale with all original packaging intact.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Costs

The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the customer, and will vary depending on the courier and country of return.

Return Processing Time

Once your return is received at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 working days. You'll receive a tracking number for your return shipment, and the 10 working days will begin once the package arrives at our warehouse. After your refund has been processed, you'll receive a notification. Please allow up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
