Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Destello PC. This policy sets out your rights, and it never limits the statutory rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Changed your mind? 14 days, no restocking fee

Stocked products and our standard builds (The Luz, The Rayo and The Tormenta as listed on the site) can be returned within 14 days of delivery for any reason. There is no restocking fee.

  • Items must be complete and in a resaleable condition, with all parts, accessories and packaging.
  • Tell us within 14 days of delivery, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
  • Return postage for a change-of-mind return is at your cost unless we agree otherwise. We will tell you how to pack a PC safely.
  • We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back, to your original payment method.

Custom and bespoke builds

PCs configured to your own specification are made to order, so the 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply to them by law. They are still fully covered if anything is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If you are unsure before ordering, message us and we will talk it through.

Faulty, damaged or dead on arrival

If something is faulty we cover it, and it is never at your expense:

  • Within 30 days of delivery you can ask for a full refund, a repair or a replacement.
  • After 30 days, and for the length of your warranty, we will repair or replace the item.
  • We arrange and pay for collection of faulty items.
  • Damaged in transit? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will sort it immediately.

How to start a return

Email support@destellotech.com with your order number and a short description. Photos help us diagnose faults quickly. We reply within one working day.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or of agreeing the refund, whichever is sooner. Your bank may take a few further working days to show it.
