How long does delivery take?
We aim to ship within 3 to 7 business days. Every PC is hand built and stress tested before shipping. Free UK delivery is included on all builds.
What warranty do I get?
Every Tormenta comes with a free 3 year warranty upgrade, covering all parts and labour. Most builders only include 1 year. If you want even more cover, a 5 year option is available.
Can I upgrade my PC later?
Yes. All Destello PCs use standard components so you can upgrade RAM, storage, GPU, and more in the future. We also offer upgrade services if you'd prefer us to do it for you.
Is this PC pre-built or built to order?
Every Destello PC is built to order in the UK. We hand-assemble each system, install Windows, run stress tests, and quality check everything before shipping.
