Our Warranty

Standard Warranty (All Builds)

Every Destello Tech gaming PC comes with a minimum 1-year warranty covering:

• All internal components (GPU, CPU, RAM, storage, PSU, motherboard)
• Labour for diagnosis and repair
• Manufacturing defects and DOA components

Extended Warranty (Available on Request)

Up to 3 years coverage available — ask us when ordering.

What's Covered

• Component failure under normal use
• Thermal issues from manufacturing
• Power supply defects
• Storage drive failure

What's Not Covered

• Physical damage (drops, liquid spills)
• Owner modifications or overclocking damage
• Normal wear (fans, thermal paste after 2+ years)
• Software issues

How to Make a Claim

1. Email support@destellotech.com or message us on WhatsApp
2. Describe the issue — we'll diagnose remotely if possible
3. If needed, ship or drop off your PC at our Harlow, Essex workshop
4. Typical turnaround: 3–5 business days

Returns

30-day return window for unused, unopened components.
Custom-built PCs: contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping: free for warranty claims.
